Add mapinfo_queries to permissions.json

The should be no manual changes to the generated files below volumes/config/default/ as they will get overwritten when the config generator runs. The config generator needs to be extended to handle the new mapinfo_queries resource type, and it also needs to be added to the qwc_config.resource_types via a DB migration in [1].

Hi Sandro, thanks for your explanation! Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the qwc settings db yet and neither the tenant config generator. I want to learn more about these components when I find the time for that. Until then I just close this PR to keep the repository tidy.
