Port to dependency-groups, so it's compatible with poetry 2.2.1+ and uv. It's easy to support both, so why not. Move various things from setup.py to pyproject.toml and require a newer setuptools which can handle that.

Thanks. I've compared the sdist and wheel before and after this change, and all looks good (slight metadata differences, but the same info is still there) |
