Added machine configuration, CI build support for IQ-8275-EVK. Boot test changes will follow once the devices are setup in lab.

If it's not reliable, it should be disabled for job submission.

Test failures due the rb3gen2 on the hyd lab.

If it's not reliable, it should be disabled for job submission.

It is disabled now. But it's hard to tell beforehand. Health checks run every 24h. Maybe we should run them 4 times a day?
