About Me

I am a PhD student in Computer Science at Kent State University, jointly affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic, advised by Prof. Qiang Guan and co-advised by Dr. Feixiong Cheng.

My research lies at the intersection of quantum computing, high-performance computing, and computational biology. I develop quantum–classical methods and systems for biological structure modeling and drug discovery—from problem formulation and quantum algorithms to utility-scale hardware execution and scientific validation.

Research Focus

  • Hardware-Executed Quantum Biocomputing — Biological structure workflows designed for and executed on real quantum processors.
  • Quantum Drug Discovery — Quantum methods for protein conformations, binding pockets, docking, and ligand response.
  • Quantum–HPC Co-design — Scalable integration of quantum execution, HPC, runtime systems, optimization, and scientific data pipelines.
  • Quantum Bioinformatics — Quantum-aware representations of biological sequence, structure, conformational states, and molecular interactions.
