Reasons for the request

We are a team at Google Cloud and we want to make our library public:
google-cloud-datacatalog-lineage-producer-client
This is a wrapper on top of a low level client that is already distributed under:
google-cloud-datacatalog-lineage

We suspect this prevents us from adding a trusted publisher with google-cloud-datacatalog-lineage-producer-client as the name of the project it would be publishing (it gives us a project name not allowed error) because of the similarity of the names.
