Reason for request

I can no longer connect to my PyPi account. I manged to recover my user name and regenerate a password.
But then I am struggling with the 2FA authentification. In particular, it requests a code, obtained from a TOTP application.
The issue I face is that, in order to connect this TOTP application to PyPi, I need to do it from my account, in the parameter.
but to to do, I need to connect to my account, which is precisely what I am trying to do.

Pour configurer la 2FA avec une application d'authentification :

- Ouvrez une application d'authentification (TOTP)
- **Connectez-vous à votre compte PyPI**, rendez-vous dans vos paramètre de compte, et choisissez « Ajouter la 2FA avec une application d'authentification »
- PyPI générera une clé secrète, spécifique pour votre compte. Elle sera affichée sous la forme d'un QR code et d'un code textuel.

The step Connectez-vous à votre compte PyPI seems impossible without this authentification.

Note also that I change computer this then. I don't remember if I ever generated 2FA recovery codes in the past few years, but for sure they are now lost.

Hence I am stuck. Is there a way to simply reactivate my account from scratch?? Or simply ask a 2FA via my phone number of email ??
