feat(rivet): close verification gaps and add SW architecture artifacts#49

Add verification traceability for all 13 system-reqs and 5 sw-reqs, bringing sys2-has-verification from 30.8% to 100% and swe1-has-verification from 0% to 100%. Overall coverage now 100%. Changes: - verification.yaml: extend VER-003/004/005/006 with links for FR-001, FR-003, FR-004, FR-007, NFR-001, NFR-002, NFR-005; add VER-007 (CI quality gates for NFR-003) and VER-008 (cross-platform CI for NFR-004) - sw-verification.yaml: new file with SWVER-001 through SWVER-005 covering TR-001 through TR-005 at the SWE.6 level - sw-architecture.yaml: new file with SWA-001 through SWA-011 mapping each crate to its allocated sw-reqs at the SWE.2 level Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
