Description

Adding three private domains under which independent third parties register subdomains:

  • somewhere.tech / somewhere.site — Somewhere is an app-hosting platform. Independent users deploy their own apps to <name>.somewhere.tech and <name>.somewhere.site subdomains.
  • zuppabase.com — provisions per-tenant subdomains under zuppabase.com.

Each customer subdomain should be treated as its own registrable site so that (a) cookies do not leak across tenants and (b) Safe-Browsing/abuse reputation is scoped to the individual subdomain rather than the shared apex.

Checklist

  • Added under // ===BEGIN PRIVATE DOMAINS===
  • Entity comment + Submitted by header included
  • Domains lowercased, no duplicates
  • _psl DNS TXT records referencing this PR will be added on all three domains (adding immediately after this PR URL exists)

_psl validation records will point to this PR.

Somewhere is an app-hosting platform where independent users deploy
their own apps to <name>.somewhere.tech and <name>.somewhere.site
subdomains. Zuppabase provisions per-tenant subdomains under
zuppabase.com. Adding to PRIVATE DOMAINS so each customer subdomain is
treated as its own registrable site (cookie isolation + independent
Safe-Browsing reputation).

The _psl DNS TXT records are now live on all three domains, each containing this PR URL:

_psl.somewhere.tech. TXT "https://github.com/publicsuffix/list/pull/3004"
_psl.somewhere.site. TXT "https://github.com/publicsuffix/list/pull/3004"
_psl.zuppabase.com. TXT "https://github.com/publicsuffix/list/pull/3004"

Ready for validation.

Pull Requests MUST use the automated template when adding. Do not cut and paste it into a GPT to generate a response or delete / alter the form. Pull requests that do not use the template, that alter it or summarize it will be closed by volunteers without action. Why? There are specific checkboxes that are part of the volunteers' review or are important attestations for public record and transparency and consistency of processing.
