This pull request changes the compat entry for the
DimensionalDatapackage from0.29 - 0.29.24, ^0.29.26to0.29 - 0.29.24, ^0.29.26, 0.29.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
