Following the release of Ubuntu LTS 24.04.4.

This will be the last Ubuntu kernel release for LTS 24.04 series, upcoming releases being for the next 26.04 series.

• Now compiled with -o3.
• Revised Secure Boot signing and key creation procedure for long-term robustness
