- Upgrade to Visual Studio 2015
- Added Missing File: /Net/Media/Codec/Audio/ILBC.cs (from http://lumisoft-wtsip.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/Media/Codec/Audio/ILBC.cs)
- Fix: Non-ascii texts sometimes are encoded in multiple blocks (happens in large Subjects with non-ascii characters). Decoding fixed. Had to upgrade to .NET 3.5 to use LINQ functions.
- Mispells
