Dependency Update - Spring Cleaning

This PR updates a couple of outdated dependencies and locks version where necessary. It also updates the OUI vendor DB to include the newer models and thus generates correct stats.

I have checked out probr-analysis and have started to install/build this branch. There are even more updated packages than the ones being pulled in with this update. When installing, many deprecated messages are listed. Are there additional updates you have outstanding?

Currently when I run grunt build. I run into a couple issues that I think you don't encounter when doing incremental updates. For instance I needed to install font-awesome. My current issue with this branch appears to be issues with the google-cdn version:
