HRAnalysis : Attrition Prediction

A stand-alone application for an ANN based prediction, whether an employee will continue to work for the company or quit their job, based on their experience in the company. It allows the HR of the organization to predict the same by providing details about the employee such as his/her tenure in the company, working experience, his/her contribution to the company’s development, number of projects completed, etc.
