debugDir parameter is only for dynamic-simulation, dynamic-security-analysis, shortcircuit and ampl-executor

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
debugDir parameter available in LoadFlowParameters and SecurityAnalysisParameters.

Does this PR introduce a breaking change or deprecate an API?
