Godot 4.1 Tween Comparisons

Changelog:

• Added new Spring Tween
• Circular panel is now shown just like other normal panels (before was hidden behind a button)
• Changed aspect ratio from 16:9 to 16:11 to make space for a new row of panels
• Changed layout to make more sense (linear and exponential types are in the same column now)
• Added show all and hide all hotkeys (up and down arrow keys)
