The Dashboard Widget now has the title of the link in bold. Plus a line between links.

The Dashboard Widget now has the title of the link in bold. Plus a line

The reason for adding example:
You may be comparing the same external link on the same page i.e. with 2 separate links on the header and footer. You can now see the actual linker title to differentiate them.
