This allows restricting the files to the paths provided in the argument, just like directories in the directory menu can be restricted.

I recently needed this, I'll change the readme if you have any interest in adding this.
BTW is there any point in keeping
options.path_prefixesaround? The only advantage I see for having this is when opening the menu via the console without having to type whatever the user prefers as their default restriction, but for keybinds it doesn't really matter.
