Cant connect to upd

I know that there is a solution on the Wiki, but I am not the head of the server, I press v and an error appears. Everything is working fine for other players. I'm from Russia, if that matters.

It's not covered by wiki and caused by regional restrictions and can't be fixed by mod/plugin side.
There's basically two options there:

• ask for a server owner to setup proxy for voice in Russia (or somewhere that's not heavily restricted)
• use VPN (other bypass methods could work, but sometimes it's quite the opposite, causing voice chat to not work at all; so you can try to disable those if you're using them)
