Pull Request Overview
This PR adds Russian and Arabic translations for README files to enhance accessibility for non-English speakers. The changes update cross-references between translated README files and add SVG export functionality documentation.
- Add complete Russian translation (README_ru.md) and Arabic translation (README_ar.md) of the project README
- Update branch references in language navigation links from "develop" to "read_me" across all README files
