What does this PR do?

This PR adds a hover effect to the social media icons in the website's footer.
Previously, the icons did not have any hover animation, unlike other parts of the site.
This update ensures consistent user experience by slightly increasing the icon size on hover, matching the behavior seen elsewhere on the website.Fixes #(issue)
