Install sphinx and rtd-theme:

pip install -U sphinx
pip install sphinx-rtd-theme
pip install sphinxcontrib.youtube # for youtube videos

Build for testing (need to be in doc folder)

For Linux and macOS:

make html

For Windows:

./make.bat html
