Ideogram

A perl script for create ideogram of human chromosomes.

Options

• --width -w width of output .png; default is 700px

• --height -h height for each chromosome of output .png; default is 40px

• --output -o filename of .png; default is stdout

• --fill -f uses full width in all chromosomes

• --chroms -c outputs some specified chromosomes; ie. chr1,chr2
