- docs/PROJECT_STATUS.md: living tracker of release lines, open PRs, key findings, and open threads/TODO (HF data, precomputed indexes, default references, pig/mouse). - docs/DOC_AUDIT_2112.md, docs/PERF_TIMING_2112.md: the measured doc-audit and per-stage timing/memory findings from the genome-wide e2e (were local scratch).
