Workflow for release on push to main #10
Description
The dirac container needs to be built when pushed to main and tagged as latest.
Tags can be introduced for each PR such that they indicate minor change, major change (new feature) or architectural change.
Based on this a new release can be cut, incrementing the relevant number on semver from the last release.
