Divided markers augmentation into upper and lower limbs separately

In this PR, I did two things:

1. Divided markers augmentation into upper and lower limbs separately.
2. Add the shoulder_constraint_weight to control the markers augmentation on shoulder points.

I'm glad it worked, but it may take a while before I can test it, there is already a large pull request that I need to test this week, which is already busy.
