Spacing problem in layouts other than Dagre

In layouts other than Dagre, it seems that the spacing between nodes and groups are wrong, is like the size of them is not taking into account well:

It should be nice if groups don't overlap as in Dagre:

I think this is just the fact that these layouts don't support groups.
