• GE HealthCare (2026 to present): Head of Enterprise Data Governance & MDM in a $19B+ FDA-regulated medical-device company. Standing up EDG as the foundation for trusted AI at enterprise scale.
• UnitedHealth Group / Optum Insight (2023 to 2025): Led the Single Pane of Glass executive analytics program through the $13B Change Healthcare-Optum merger. Built natural-language CEO/GM Q&A on governed data by fusing LangChain, GPT-4, and Snowflake.
• Change Healthcare (2020 to 2023): Owned the full CDAO portfolio (240-person org, $20M+ budget). Built a Lakehouse-pattern platform on AWS unifying 105+ data domains across 15B+ healthcare claims per year. Launched the Analytics Academy. Drove Analytics NPS from negative to 60+.
• Teradata (2016 to 2020): Defined and launched Teradata Vantage, the shift from data warehouse to ML-integrated analytics platform. Led 160 people across product, engineering, and analytics.
• Google / Motorola Mobility (2013 to 2015): Operated the world's largest BigQuery deployment (~0.5 ZB/year on GCP). Cut cloud spend 50% ($20M to $10M) via analytics-on-analytics cost attribution.
• eBay (2004 to 2012): $200M+ annual profit impact through large-scale causal marketing experiments, profiled in Harvard Business Review. Promoted six times in eight years.
• CERN L3 Experiment (1996 to 2002): Research Physicist. Early neural networks for particle identification within a 450+ scientist international collaboration. 13-sigma precision measurement.
