This draft is a starting point to implement the TkEle regression BDT in the CTL2 emulator.
Currently the pull request introduces support for storing and propagating per-object user-defined floating-point variables (a la "userFloats") in both the L1TCorrelator and L1TParticleFlow egamma data formats and algorithms.
This should be entirely removed and new attributes must be defined in the DataFormats. (Initially added for flexibility in debugging)
The algorithm is currently implemented in the CTL1 emulator. It must be moved in the CTL2 emulator.
