OracleCollectionAdmin.createIndex() wants type "timestamp".
OracleOperationBuilder.filter() want "datetime", even though doc here says "Value datetime is a synonym for timestamp."
It would be convenient if there were a value (either "timestamp" or "datetime") that would be supported by both use-cases.
But mainly, I think one should honor the doc and have orderby clauses support both "timestamp" or "datetime".
