Summary:

  • move dynamic access report state and typed report options into DynamicAccessDetectionReportSupport
  • update hosted analysis and graph-strengthening entry points to query the support singleton instead of DynamicAccessDetectionFeature state
  • remove the dedicated dynamic-access sentinel and keep downstream consumers on the support's read-only API
