This update adds SonarQube configuration properties to the build and refines the Jacoco plugin setup. These changes improve test coverage tracking, reporting, and integration with SonarCloud.
Included SonarQube scanning in the Maven build step within the CI workflow. Added necessary environment variables for SonarQube and GitHub authentication. This enhances code quality analysis and reporting.
