Update sitemd plugin to v0.1.1.

Upstream release: https://github.com/sitemd-cc/sitemd/releases/tag/v0.1.1
npm package: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@sitemd-cc/sitemd/v/0.1.1
Plugin source: https://github.com/sitemd-cc/sitemd

What's new in v0.1.1

  • New /release skill — stages a running log of changelog entries and pending doc page updates between releases, then publishes them atomically
  • npm install @sitemd-cc/sitemd and npx @sitemd-cc/sitemd init now download the platform binary automatically via a postinstall hook (no separate install step)
  • New cross-platform install.js Node bootstrap (works on Windows without WSL)
  • Per-page sidebar nav, device variants (mobile:/desktop: fences), self-hosted videos, and a comprehensive markdown syntax reference
  • Faster dev server rebuilds and reduced live-reload fanout
  • Various dev panel, validator, and sitemd_pages_create fixes

Plugin layout under sitemd/0.1.1/:

  • .codex-plugin/plugin.json
  • .mcp.json
  • sitemd/install, sitemd/install.js
  • skills/SKILL.md
