You've landed here because you've requested a new feature in NVM for Windows. NVM for Windows is in a new feature freeze while Runtime is developed. This doesn't necessarily mean the feature is being dismissed though.

If the issue is marked as consider for rt This means the feature is being considered for inclusion in Runtime, the successor to NVM for Windows.

If the issue is not labeled It probably hasn't been reviewed yet.

If the issue is closed without a label

It has been rejected. There should be a reason why stated in the issue.
