Adds functionality for user to create and delete snapshots.

Tested manually.

Create a snapshot.yaml file. Use kubectl apply command to create a snapshot. Check on the test drive for "Create Snapshot" operation. Use delete command to delete the snapshot. Check on the test drive for "Perform Curation" operation.
