ref ticket: #112

  • Get debug_step working again
  • Update the ghas to v1.0.8 for linux/amd64 platform builds
  • Removes outdated script: bin/submodule-update.sh
  • Move script: deploy-hykudev.sh to bin/deploy-hykudev.sh
  • Update the script for deploy on client server
  • Add specific port mapping to docker compose web svc for client server deploy needs
  • Conditionally prepend RenderConstraintsOverrideDecorator based on available Blacklight hook (v7 vs v8)
