I haven't had much time to work on this. I'm just posting this work-in-progress to make it visible.

So far, only one instruction, EXG, has been converted to using u_start_sequence.

Note that the instruction calls u_start_sequence once for every microcycle. In the future, this may be changed to make the call only once, and have cpu.c advance the microengine state machine.
