Add support for reading only some batches of fields

Add an optional batches parameter to read_all, which limits reading to only the batches specified. This makes reading more efficient, and code for checking for partial read failures simpler.

Sample use:

inverter_values = inverter.read_all(batches=(2, 6))

Possible alternative: add a separate read_batches function.
