Restore Pi Labs LLM scoring provider that was accidentally deleted during
provider consolidation. Moved from bundles to proper location in providers.
New structure:
- packages/providers/pilabs/models/nlweb_pilabs_models/llm/pi_labs.py
- Includes PiLabsProvider and PiLabsClient
- Async scoring with httpx and HTTP/2 support
- Thread-safe client initialization
- pyproject.toml for package installation
- README with usage instructions
To use, configure in config.yaml:
