I found out that we still have the old Dependency (and template) folder in the repo. Fully unused.
This PR removes that folder & swaps the ConnectIQ dependency with the Swift Package variant.
IMPORTANT: someone with a Garmin (maybe @mountrcg or @avouspierre ) need to test this before merging.
Unsure if there are important changes in the ConnectIQ package
