The propose of this PR is

  • Introduce GIT_REVISION like autoconf.ac does
  • Add a consistant LIBNFC_CONFDIR (let uses define LIBNFC_CONFDIR to "./config" or others on Windows)
  • Cleanup the unused macros in config.h

I modified the type of LIBNFC_CONFDIR to STRING to prevent automatically convert relative path to absolute path.

NOTE: This patch relied on #737
