Hi all,

This is a PR to include telseq in SAREK

TelSeq is a software that estimates telomere length from whole genome sequencing data (BAMs).

telseq is 'just' one extra process that use cram+fasta+fai+(captured.bed)?.

Warning

I must say I started coding this but I won't have much time to test/work on this. So feel free to ignore/modify this PR. It looks like it's working with the small dataset I used. May be you'd like to change the location of the code, the output directory etc.. I also hope to write a module for multiqc to add this "telomere length" in the final output.
