I'm a postdoctoral researcher in the Laboratory of RNA Biology (ERA Chairs Group) at the International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology in Warsaw.
I study RNA tails: how long they are, what they are made of, and how to measure both reliably. Most of that work runs on Oxford Nanopore direct RNA sequencing, and most of it ends up as software other people can run on their own data.
