This PR updates the Create Transactions documentation to reflect newer versions of near-api-js.

Changes made:

  • Replaced deprecated connect function references with updated API calls.
  • Updated example snippets to align with latest near-api-js usage.
  • Clarified instructions for both high-level and low-level transaction creation.

Issues fixed: Fixes #2734

PS: The commits are this many because of my initial Near Drop Tutorial which is still awaiting reviews so i had to create a new branch and and make it compatible with the already working Repo
