Display response RRs in dependency order #161

Description

@Gunni

When I use q to query a name which results in a cname, I expect the output to start with saying that, and if that cname pointed was also a cname, then I would expect it to then output that fact, and then finally the end result should appear with all the types found.

But today they appear in random order...

Say I query: mta-sts.example.com, the result appears in random order every time it is queried.

mta.example.org. 44s A 192.0.2.42
example_com_mta_sts.example.org. 44s CNAME mta.example.org.
mta-sts.example.com. 20m20s CNAME sendpass_is_mta_sts.example.org.

With this feature they would be stably outputted in the following order:

mta-sts.example.com. 20m20s CNAME sendpass_is_mta_sts.example.org.
example_com_mta_sts.example.org. 44s CNAME mta.example.org.
mta.example.org. 44s A 192.0.2.42
<any other found record types at mta.example.org.>

p.s. dig does it right:

;; QUESTION SECTION:
;mta-sts.example.com. IN A

;; ANSWER SECTION:
mta-sts.example.com. 505 IN CNAME sendpass_is_mta_sts.example.org.
example_com_mta_sts.example.org. 11 IN CNAME mta.example.org.
mta.example.org. 247 IN A 192.0.2.42
