How to release new version

• https://github.com/mxlint/mxlint-cli/releases
• click on draft new release button
• input tag "v3.12.1" then click the create new tag button
• click generate release notes button
• optionally add title text to describe the release content

We follow https://semver.org/ versioning strategy. You don't have to attach any files. Binaries are build and attached automatically.
