Add a VeniceTransformer that detects web_search tools in the unified request and converts them to Venice's native web search API by injecting venice_parameters (enable_web_search: "auto", enable_web_citations: true) and removing the malformed web_search function tool. This solves two issues when routing Claude Code through Venice.ai: 1. Venice requires venice_parameters.enable_web_search - without it, no search happens 2. convertAnthropicToolsToUnified() converts the server tool into a malformed OpenAI function tool (missing parameters field), which Venice rejects Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds a Venice transformer for Claude Code web search routing.
Claude Code sends web search as an Anthropic server tool, but Venice expects
venice_parameters.enable_web_search. The transformer removes the malformed converted function tool and injects Venice web-search parameters instead.VeniceTransformer.Verification
pnpm buildManual CCR GUI and web-search smoke tests are still needed.
