Some improvements, and additions for 2022

• Make some paths point to $CMSSW_BASE instead of "/isilon/..."
• Options for 2022/2022EE
• Add function that adds "1.0" for variables that don't exist in Run3 (jetXbRegCorr) but are needed in some parts of the code
• Improved prepare_jobs.py:
  • Works for lxplus
  • Can be run many times: Will resubmit previously failed jobs, or move on to run the second command
  • Will say when all jobs are done
  • NOTE: The workflow was also slightly changed: For the first script predict_spanet_classification_pnet_all_vars.py samples will be split, but no change is expected between that output and the input for the second script predict_spanet_classification_categorisation.py. Re-hadding with merge_samples.py should be done only once at the end of running the second script
• Added more arguments / less hardcoded paths to some scripts
• Some other small fixes
