downloads: add torrents

whats new?

• after feedback: 2 separate files for gui and cli because they (rarely) can be out of sync implemented at https://github.com/plowsof/monero-torrent
• ^ binaryfates pgp has also been removed from the torrent, as people should obtain this out-of-band for security reasons
• my attempt at pixel art to create a grey magnet to display next to the torrent link is on display

todo:

• webseed redirect for monero-gui-v* is not set up yet
• torrents hosted @ getmoneros cdn: (or nested in cli/ gui/ folder)
  • downloads.getmonero.org/monero-$cli_version.torrent
  • downloads.getmonero.org/monero-gui-$gui_version.torrent

i did not realise until now but the downloads page does have some (albeit broken) way of displaying binaries if they fall out of sync with release version. it draws them under current release as a new section: on mobile this works because mobile is not hardcoded, but on desktop, they are duplicated - i have added a fix for the torrent.

added a new workflow check to confirm the magnet links of torrents. briefly, it does this:

• clone/checkout monero-torrent repo @ commit
• mv all files to the cdn folder which the docker compose local build uses
• creates torrents using the local profile + grabs their magnet links
• downloads torrents from the github repo release page (in production this would download from getmonero ofc)
• confirms the magnet links added in downloads.yml == the torrent the workflow created (magnet links contain the file infohash)
