The main motivation for the PR is to simplify
VMBindingso it is easier to create a mock fortrait VMBindingfor the purpose of testing. It removes the existingActivePlan/Collection/ObjectModel/Scanning/ReferenceGlue, and moves their members all intoVMBindingwith minor renaming. This PR supersedes #652.Changes:
