This PR addresses issue #14.
I replaced the original dropdown for selecting scans and masks with Seij's tiled-viewer component.
I tested the calibration step and it appears to be working correctly. However, Step 2 and the remaining steps require setting up deployments in Prefect, which I’m currently unable to test. Perhaps Dylan could test these parts and let me know if any issues arise with this PR.
